Our Story
It was Q3 2020, a group of managers were locked in a battle against persistent project delays and budget overruns for 2 days without a breakthrough. At the end, the group manager turned to Sukanta, known for his unconventional thinking, and asked, "Is there anything we've overlooked?"
Sukanta, embarked on a research quest and unearthed a 70-year-old discipline called Systems Thinking. This holistic approach promised to provide simple long-term solutions. Intrigued, Sukanta proposed a 20-hour program. Shifting from an analytical mindset to a holistic one wasn't easy. He weaved examples from their own projects, making the core concepts of come alive.
The transformation was remarkable. Discussions shifted from blame-game to collaborative problem-solving. Sustainable solutions emerged, not just quick fixes. Managers observed shift in mindset in their young engineers. The pursuit of long-term systemic solutions became the new standard.
By the end of 2022, the success was undeniable. Seven successful workshops later, Sukanta's pilot program had blossomed into a full-fledged initiative. The demand was so high that he hosted a Systems Thinking Masterclass for over 800 participants. Systems Thinking had become a game-changer.
