In 2020 Covid period, during a off-site review of project delays and budget overruns, a manager asked Sukanta, “Is there something we are not seeing as the problems still persists?”

That question led him to Systems Thinking. He discovered that recurring engineering problems often persist not because teams lack capability, but because organizations see symptoms—not the system creating them. Applying this lens to real projects shifted teams from blame to shared diagnosis and revealed lasting solutions.

That experience became the foundation of Tisory Consulting, helping engineering leaders solve recurring quality, execution, and cross-functional business problems.
