I was able to experience Sukanta’s training on Systems Thinking for my current team. This training proved to be highly insightful, allowing participants to clearly visualize the system-of-systems, interconnections, and critical leverage points. This was an excellent workshop and an eye-opener against the traditional analysis methods we are constantly groomed to apply. Looking at the big picture and the impact each element has on each other and the ability to identify the visualise a problem in the context of a larger ecosystem was wonderfully explained and demonstrated in this session with practical hands-on exercises, that to this day we practice and will use in the days to come as well. A life skill indeed.
